The Centre for Entrepreneurial Development, Alliance and Research (CEDAR) proudly announces that will implement the project titled “Civil Society Organisations against Corruption”. The project is funded by Erasmus+ and has a duration of 24 months. The project started on the 1st of July 2023 and will be concluded on the 30th of June 2025.
The project was designed with the aim of organising 14 structured dialogue activities, i.e. activities that will bring together young people and members of Civil Society Organisations to discuss cases of corruption, their impact on society and ways to move forward in the future. The main target group of the program is young people between the ages of 13-35, i.e. young adults. Many young people of this age group have experienced cases of corruption either personally or heard about such cases through social media or media in general. As a result, they have a negative perspective of how things operate since they assume that corruption is now a typical aspect of society which has become nearly acceptable.
The project is coordinated by Dr Fanos Tekelas, Professor Loukas Glyptis and Mrs Stella Komodromou while additional young members of the Centre are involved in the implementation of the project.
