Social Enterprise is increasingly recognised by policy makers and stakeholders as a vital platform for social-economic and entrepreneurial development. The aim of this policy-oriented forum, which is under the aegis of the Deputy Minister to the President of the Republic of Cyprus, was to expound the emerging models of social enterprise and review policy support mechanisms needed to help unleash the growth potential of social entrepreneurship.
It is an initiative of CEDAR – Centre for Entrepreneurial Development, Alliance and Research in cooperation with UCLan Cyprus, UCLan UK Centre for SME Development and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
